If you have not received your order but your tracking information shows that it has been delivered, please check the following:
- Neighbours / Household Members: In case the package was accepted by someone nearby.
- Safe Location: Sometimes carriers can leave packages in a safe location (e.g porch, garage)
- Local post office: Has the order been delivered to your local post office or parcel shop for collection?
- Shipping Address: Is the address on your shipping confirmation email correct?
