Where Can I Find the Batch Code and Expiry Date?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 18–24 months from the date of manufacture. Each Pai product is clearly marked with a batch code and expiry date, which you’ll find on the base of all boxes and bottles, and along the top on the back of our tubes.

If you ever experience an issue with your product, such as faulty packaging, a quality issue, or a reaction, we’ll need the batch number to carry out proper testing and investigation.

The expiry date is also a helpful guide to ensure you use your product while it’s still at its best.

PAO 

Some of our newer releases from 2025 have a shelf life of 30 months or more, so they don’t carry a printed expiry date. Instead, you’ll see a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol - a small open jar icon - which shows how long the product remains safe and effective once opened (e.g. 12M means 12 months).
