Shopping for sensitive skin is hard; we know, we’ve been there!
We’re on a mission to empower people with sensitive skin, and every Pai product is carefully formulated with unpredictable skin in mind. We think you’ll love our range, but everyone’s skin is different and sometimes things don’t work out.
When you shop with us you’re covered by our 90 Day Returns policy. So, if for any reason you're not loving your new skincare products, get in touch within 90 days and we’ll swap it for something that suits you better or give you a full refund instead.
Did you know? Our skin works on a cycle of around 28 days so we encourage you to give your new products a try for a full four weeks before deciding to return them to us.
How much will it cost?
We know shopping for sensitive skin can be costly and time-consuming, so we also cover the cost of returning the product(s) to us.
For UK returns, please use the Freepost label included with your order. If you no longer have this, just click here to print out a new one.
For International returns, we currently do not have a Freepost solution. Instead, please ship your products back to us using the cheapest possible postal method*. Take a picture of your receipt and email this to our Customer Experience Team who will refund the amount to you directly via your original payment method or Paypal**.
What are the terms and conditions?
We created this policy so you can shop for your skin with total confidence, and we know almost everyone will understand and respect it. If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders. This policy is not valid for wholesale or business customers.
If you are returning 100% of your order then we kindly ask that you also send back any free gifts that you've received. Please don't worry about returning the two free samples. We're happy for you to keep these, or pass them onto a friend if they're not suitable.
Finally, this policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Pai Skincare. If you bought your products from one of our stockists, please contact them first to arrange your return. If you have any problems returning your product to them and still have your proof of purchase, just let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.
How do I arrange my return?
To arrange your return, please complete our online returns form. Once you have completed this, details on how to send the product(s) back to us will be emailed to you shortly after.
*Please note, we do not offer refunds for tracked or express shipping services.
**If we are refunding 100% of the total order, then postage refunds can only be made via PayPal. Please click here for more detail.
