If you no longer require your order and it has not yet been dispatched then we can cancel this for you*. Please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible to let us know.
If you have already received your dispatch notification email, we won't be able to cancel the order. Instead, you can refuse delivery upon arrival and we will process a refund once it has arrived back with us. Alternatively, you can return the unwanted order under our 90 Day Returns Policy.
