Are all Pai Skincare products suitable for sensitive skin?

The simple answer is yes, however, as we all know too well, everyone's skin is unique and sensitive skin in particular, can be highly unpredictable so it's not that simple. What we can guarantee is that all of Pai Skincare products have been formulated specifically for sensitive skin; whether it's oily, dry, ageing or hypersensitive. We also manufacture all of our products in house from our head office in London and avoid many common irritants - you can read more about this here. 

Many of our team suffer from sensitive skin and we all test the products before they are launched. Unfortunately, however, as everyone’s skin is different, we can never be 100% certain how your skin will react to a product. If you’re aware of an ingredient which causes irritation or that you are allergic to, please see our products’ ingredients listings and perform a patch-test by applying a small amount of product on the inside skin of the wrist first.

We also offer 90 Day Returns so if you do purchase one of our products and suffer a reaction, we will give you a full refund or exchange the product for something which could suit your skin better.
