If you're having trouble logging into your account, please check the following first:
- Are you using the correct password?
- Have you entered the same email address you originally set up the account with?
- Are your email address and password spelt correctly?
Still no luck? Try resetting your password.
Does that not work either? Please message us directly and let us know the time and date of the issue, and which browser and device you are using. We'll be able to send you a link to reactivate your account and your address and order history will be copied over.
