First things first, don't panic! We'll figure this out.
Did you get to the "order confirmation" page at checkout (below)?
If yes, then we will definitely have your order and it's most likely one of three things:
- It's in your spam folder.
- There was a typo in your email address and we've sent it to the wrong one.
- There was a technical glitch which for some reason (only the universe will know) has stopped the email for being sent as it should have done.
If you can't find the email in your spam folder, contact customer experience team on firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting the name and email address you used on your order. We'll locate your order, confirm we have it and resend the confirmation email.
If you didn't reach the "order confirmation" page, then it's most likely that your order hasn't been completed yet and you'll need to go through the checkout process again. Sorry about this! We know it can be a pain, but our products are worth it.
