The answer is yes, however, there are a few reasons that we do encourage you to use an email address which we thought we would share with you (hint: it's not so we can bombard you with marketing!)
- As customers can have the same name, but never the same email - email addresses provide an easy way for us to differentiate between customer orders.
- Using an email address creates a unique profile for you which will store all of your orders under the one customer profile. This means if you ever forget what day cream you ordered last time, or which mask you prefer, our Customer Experience team can really quickly find your order and remind you!
- If you'd like, you can also use email to set up an account with us. Here, you'll be able to see all of your orders in one place and save your shipping details so you don't need to re-type your delivery address in every time you shop with us.
