Here at Pai Skincare, we aim to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible so that our customers can get on with looking after their skin. This means that there is a very short timeframe between you placing your order and us getting it shipped.
However, if you haven't received your dispatch email yet then we will be able to amend the delivery address for you. You'll just need to make sure that you let us know as quickly as possible by emailing our Customer Experience Team and mark it as 'urgent' in the subject line.

If you have already received an email to let you know that your order has been shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to make any amendments to your order. Instead you will need to contact the delivery courier directly, quoting your name and tracking number, and they should be able to get this redirected for you.
Please note, if the order has been sent via an untracked service, it will not be possible to have it redirected to an alternative address.
