If your order has not yet been dispatched we will be able to amend the name and/or delivery address*. Please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.
Order already been dispatched?
If you have already received your dispatch notification email, we will only be able to get the order redirected to an alternative address if it has been sent via FedEx or DHL and it is still in the same country as the original address.
If your order has already been sent via Royal Mail or untracked post then it will not be possible to make any changes.
