Here at Pai Skincare, we aim to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible so that our customers can get on with looking after their skin. This means that there is a very small amount of time between placing your order and shipping your order with which we can arrange a cancellation.
If you haven't received a dispatch email yet, please use our contact form here to let us know as quickly as possible the address you wish to send your order to.
If you have already received an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched, please contact the delivery courier directly, quoting your name and tracking number. Depending on how far down the delivery cycle your order is, they may be able to update this for you.
