In most cases, we would be more than happy to refund or replace any products which arrive damaged or faulty. To arrange this, please complete our online returns form and someone from our Customer Experience Team will be in touch.
Unless advised otherwise, we kindly ask that you return the product(s) back to us so that we can flag the issue with the relevant teams.
Details on how to send the product(s) back to us will be emailed to you shortly after submitting your returns form. Please make sure you label the item(s) as faulty when returning it to us.
