Once you have posted your product(s) back to us, simply email our Customer Experience Team with a copy of your postage receipt and we will process your refund straight away.
Otherwise, we will wait for your product(s) to arrive back at one of our returns locations and we will process your refund within 24 hours.
Depending on your bank, refunds can take between 3-5 working days to show in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please let our Customer Experience Team know.
Expecting a refund for postage?
If we are refunding the entire order, then postage refunds can only be made via PayPal. You can find out more here.
If we are only partially refunding the total order, then we will refund the cost of postage via your original method of payment.
