Please send us a copy of your postage receipt one you have sent the product back to us and we will process your refund straight away.
Otherwise, we'll wait until the product has physically arrived back with us and we will process your refund upon receiving it. This usually takes between 1-2 working days.
We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, refunds can take between 3-5 working days to appear back in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days of the refund being processed, please let our Customer Experience Team know.
Expecting a refund for postage?*
If we are refunding your entire order, then postage refunds can only be made via PayPal or credit note. Further information can be found here.
If we are only partially refunding the total order, we will refund the cost of postage via your original method of payment. We will process this at the same time we refund you for the product you have returned.
