We know shopping for sensitive skin can be costly and time-consuming, so to make the returns process as easy and stress-free as possible, we cover the cost of postage!
We include a Freepost label inside every UK order. Please use this to return your product(s) back to Pai HQ.
If you no longer have your free returns label, just click here to print out a new one.
We do not currently have a Freepost solution for International returns (although we are working on it!). Instead, please ship your products back to us using the cheapest possible postal method and we will refund this straight back to you. We just kindly ask that you please avoid using express or expedited shipping, premium tracking or couriers as we do not offer a refund for these services.
Once you have posted your products back to us, please take a picture of your receipt and email this to our Customer Experience Team who will refund the amount to you directly via your original payment method or Paypal.
Due to the way that our system works, we can only refund up to 100% of the total order. If we are refunding the entire order, then we will need to refund the cost of postage via a separate transaction using PayPal. Please let us know your email address for this account when sending your postage receipt, and we will issue the refund straight away.
If you don't have a PayPal account and would prefer not to create one, we can issue you with a Pai Credit Note to use against your next order.
If we are only partially refunding the total order, then we will refund the cost of postage via your original method of payment.
