Have you entered the correct code? The codes are case-sensitive so make sure that you have typed it in exactly as it was given to you.
Have you used the code before? Our discount codes are limited to one use per customer so if you have already used the same code once before then it won't work again.
Does your order meet the Terms & Conditions of the promotion? Minimum spend requirement, product exclusions and expiry date can be found listed on our website, newsletter and social media.
