Oh no! Sometimes this can happen if you have been given the extended tracking number. All you need to do is remove the 'B' at the front of the number and the '0488D' at the end.
For example, if the tracking number you have been provided with is B5467280381480488D, you'll just need to enter it into FedEx as 546728038148.
