Please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible with your correct delivery address and we can get this updated for you*.
If your order has already been dispatched, we can only amend the address on orders which have been sent via DHL or FedEx.
For security reasons, we're unable to make any changes to your billing address once the order has been placed. However, if you have received an order confirmation email, payment has been taken and we have not got in touch then you can be sure that the order has been successful and the incorrect billing address has not caused any problems.
In some instances, our system will flag orders with an incorrect billing address as 'high risk of fraud'. If this happens, we will contact you directly and ask you to confirm your identity before dispatching your order.
