I've not received my discount code for signing up to your newsletter. What should I do?

Thanks so much for signing up to our newsletter! In addition to receiving exclusive offers and tips to help your skin, you'll also receive a discount to use on your first order. 

Once you've clicked to join, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. All you need to do is follow the link to confirm and we'll send your discount code in a separate email. The discount code can take up to 30 minutes to come through so you might need to wait a short while before placing your order. 

If you have still not received your discount code after 30 minutes of confirming your subscription, please check the following: 

• Is the email in your junk mail? 
• Have you previously unsubscribed to our newsletter? If you were once subscribed to our newsletter and unsubscribed some time ago, the system won't recognise you as a new customer. If that's the case, please contact our Customer Experience Team and we'll see what we can do*.
• Have you signed up before? You may already be receiving our newsletter. If so, you won't be eligible to receive the discount.

If this doesn't help, please contact our Customer Experience Team so that we can take a further look. 

*Existing customers who have unsubscribed and resubscribed to our newsletter only to receive the discount will not be eligible.
