If you are a new customer and you have not received your discount code after subscribing to our newsletter, please check the following:
- Is the email in your junk mail?
- Have you previously subscribed to our newsletter? If so, the system won't recognise you as a new subscriber. However, if you have not previously redeemed the discount, please send us a message and we'll create a new code for you to use.
