If you are in the UK and your order has been sent with Royal Mail First Class, you will be sent a tracking number but the tracking information is very limited. It will only be updated once an attempted delivery has been made.
If you see the message 'An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item', this means that an attempted delivery has not yet been made.
If the tracking has not been updated within 5 days of your order being dispatched and the order has still not arrived with you, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
For orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Air Express, your tracking number will provide you with additional visibility to track its whereabouts.
