We know shopping for sensitive skin can be hard so we offer a 90 Day Returns Policy. This enables you to try your Pai products for up to 90 days and if they're not right, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
How do I arrange my return?
Please complete our online returns form and we'll send you a follow-up email with instructions on what to do next.
Do you offer free returns?
If you are in the UK or EU we will send you a free returns label.
We do not currently have a free returns label in the US but we will reimburse the cost of postage via PayPal or issue a Pai credit note.
What are the terms and conditions?
Your order must have been purchased from us directly within the last 90 days.
If you are returning your entire order then we kindly ask that you also include any free gifts that you've received.
Please make sure that you keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed. We cannot be held responsible for missing returns.
If you purchased your products from one of our retailers, please contact them directly and they will advise on their own returns policy.
We created this policy so you can shop for your skin with total confidence, and we know almost everyone will understand and respect it. If we notice someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders.
