If you have not received your order in the expected timeframe, it's worth checking the following:
- Have you checked your tracking number? This can be found on your shipping notification email*
- Do we have your correct shipping address? You can check this on your email confirmation.
- Have you checked with your neighbours or local mail depot? Some postal services/ couriers have been known to deliver elsewhere without leaving a calling card.
If this doesn't shed any light on where your order could be, please contact our Customer Experience Team and we will look into this for you.
*Standard mail sent via your local mail provider or Deutsch Post (Europe) are sent untracked and you will not receive a tracking number.
