All orders ship from our Head Office in London, UK (where we also make all of our products!). Once you have placed your order, it generally takes us a maximum of 48 hours* to ship that order. If your order was shipped via tracked post such as DHL, FedEx or Royal Mail International and it hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery timeframe or your tracking has not been updated in a while, please contact the delivery courier directly quoting your tracking number which you can find in your dispatch email. If that's not successful, please let our Customer Experience team know and we will do our best to help.
