EVENING
Step 1: CLEANSE
Correcting your cleansing regime can dramatically improve troublesome skin and is the best place to start with your routine.
Massage our Middlemist Seven - Gentle Cream Cleanser into dry skin and remove with the Twin Flyer Cloth (included with full-size product).
OR
Apply our Light Work - Rosehip Cleansing Oil to dry skin and massage into the face and eyes. Add a few drops of water to create a light milk before rinsing away with warm water.
To remove heavy makeup and SPF, try double cleansing. Apply the Light Work first followed by the Middlemist Seven.
Step 2: SPRITZ MIST
After cleansing, spritz your face with our Century Flower Barrier Defence Mist to restore the exact pH and biochemical balance of healthy skin. This will help to lock in an extra layer of moisture whilst nourishing the skin with essential vitamins and minerals.
Step 3: ADD BOOSTER
Supercharge your skin by applying 1-2 drops of your chosen Booster directly to the skin or mix into your serum or moisturiser.
Step 4: APPLY AN OIL OR SERUM
We find optimal results using an oil or serum at night, ensuring the skin is not overloaded and can effectively restore and regenerate as we sleep.
Serums - If you opt to use a serum, apply 1-2 pumps on consecutive nights and leave to sink in overnight as a targeted treatment product.
Oils - If you opt to use an oil, press 1-3 drops into the face and neck 2-3 consecutive nights per week at first. Increase the frequency once your skin is responding well.
From time to time if you feel your skin needs extra hydration, apply a little moisturiser underneath your oil or over your serum.

MORNING
Step 1: SPRITZ MIST
Unless you feel it's necessary, there is no need to cleanse again in the morning. Over-cleansing can be irritating for sensitive skin so instead, refresh the skin with 2-3 spritzes of your mist.
Step 2: ADD BOOSTER
Apply 1-2 drops directly to the skin or add to your serum or moisturiser.
Step 3: APPLY SERUM
Apply a small amount of serum to any affected areas, if required.
Step 4: MOISTURISE
All of our moisturisers have a high water content which helps to protect your skin and keep it hydrated throughout the day. Massage 2-3 pumps into the face and neck.
Step 5: APPLY SPF
Massage a high factor SPF over the top of your moisturiser, 30 minutes prior to sun exposure. Unfortunately our British Summer Time SPF 30 is not sold outside of the UK & EU due to manufacturing regulations. Please see here for further detail.

WEEKLY
EXFOLIATE
Regular exfoliation encourages cell-turnover and removes the build up of dead skin cells. Your moisturiser, serum and oil will absorb into the skin much better and allow for more effective results.
Apply our Virtuous Circle - Facial Exfoliator 1-2x per week to dry skin, then moisten fingertips and massage it in further. Rinse away with warm water. Can be followed by our Curtain Call mask.
For hypersensitive skin, use every 7-10 days.
MASK
Masks contain active ingredients to target specific skin concerns. Apply your choice of mask 1-2x per week and leave on the skin for 8-10 minutes. Remove using enclosed Twin Flyer Cloth and warm water.
Please note, our Dinner Out mask contains exfoliating properties and should be used separately to our Virtuous Circle exfoliator.
