We want you to be delighted with your purchases from Pai, and most importantly, your skin. If that's not the case, we offer you a full 90 days to try the products. If you're not completely satisfied within this time, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange.
To arrange a return, all you need to do is click here to complete our returns form. Once you have completed this, you'll receive information on how to return the products to us and next steps.

Returns costs? For UK returns, please use the free post label included with your order. If you not longer have this, contact our Customer Experience Team who will be able to email you one directly.
For non-UK returns, we currently do not have a free post solution. Instead, please ship your products back to us using the cheapest possible postal method. Take a picture of your receipt and email this to our Customer Experience Team who will refund the amount to you directly via the original payment method or Paypal.
