If the value of the new product is less than or equal to the value of the original then we can amend the order for you and we'll refund any difference in price.
If the value of the new product is more than the value of the original then we can only cancel and refund the order. You will then need to place a new order via a separate transaction.
If you have already received an email to let you know that your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes. Instead, you'll just need to complete our online returns form and we will arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.
