We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so please let our Customer Experience Team as soon as you can by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Just remember to mark the email as 'urgent' in the subject line so that we know to prioritise and can catch the order before it's shipped.

If the value of the new product is more than the value of the original product then we can only cancel and refund the order. You will then need to place a new order via a separate transaction.
If the value of the new product is less than or equal to the value of the original product then we can amend the original order for you and we'll refund any difference in price.
If you have already received an email to let you know that your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes. Instead, you'll just need to complete our online returns form and we will arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.
