First things first, don't panic! We'll figure this out.
Did you get to the order confirmation page at checkout (below)?
If yes, then we will definitely have received your order and it's most likely one of three things:
- It's in your spam folder.
- There was a typo in your email address and we've sent it to the wrong one.
- There was a technical glitch which for some reason (only the universe will know) has stopped the email from being sent as it should have done.
If you can't find the email in your spam folder, email our Customer Experience Team or get in touch via Live Chat quoting the name and email address that you used on your order. We'll be able to locate your order and resend the confirmation email to you.
If you didn't reach the order confirmation page and no payment has been taken, then it's most likely that your order hasn't been completed and you'll need to go through the checkout process again. Sorry about this! We know it can be a pain, but our products are worth it.
