We will definitely have received your order and it's most likely one of three things:
- It's in your spam folder.
- There was a typo in your email address and we've sent it to the wrong one.
- There was a technical glitch which for some reason (only the universe will know) has stopped the email from being sent as it should have done.
If you can't find the email in your spam folder, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team and let us know your order number or email address. We'll be able to locate the order in our system and resend the email confirmation to you.
