We aim to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible so there is a very short timeframe between you placing your order and us getting it shipped.
However, if you've not yet received your dispatch email then we will be able to amend the delivery address for you. You'll just need to make sure that you let us know as quickly as possible by emailing our Customer Experience Team and marking it as 'urgent' in the subject line.

Order already been dispatched?
Once the order has been dispatched, unfortunately we won't be able to amend your order. Instead you will need to contact the delivery courier directly, quoting your tracking number*, and they should be able to get this redirected for you.
*Please note, if the order has been sent via an untracked service, it will not be possible to have it redirected to an alternative address.
