Order already been dispatched?
If you have already received your shipping notification email, we will only be able to get the order redirected to an alternative address if it has been sent via FedEx or DHL and it is still in the same country as the original address.
If your order has already been sent via Royal Mail or untracked post then it will not be possible to make any changes.
