Oh no! We are more than happy to replace any products which have arrived damaged or faulty. To arrange this, please fill out our online returns form.
Unless advised otherwise, we would really appreciate if you could return the faulty product back to us for further testing. Please label the product 'faulty' somewhere on the packaging so we know to separate it out and take a closer look.
Once you have completed the form, details on how to send the products back to us will be emailed to you shortly after.
