Once you have posted your product(s) back to us, simply email our Customer Experience Team with a copy of your postage receipt and we will process your refund straight away.
Otherwise, we will wait for your product(s) to arrive back at one of our returns locations and we will process your refund within 24 hours.
As soon as we have processed your refund, we'll drop you an email to confirm this has been done.
Depending on your bank, refunds can take between 3-5 working days to show in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please let our Customer Experience Team know.
Expecting a refund for postage?
If we are refunding the entire order, then postage refunds can only be made via PayPal. Please let us know your email address for this account when sending your postage receipt, and we will issue the refund straight away. If you don't have a PayPal account and would prefer not to create one, we can issue you with a Pai Credit Note to use against your next order.
If we are only partially refunding the total order, then we will refund the cost of postage via your original method of payment.
