Can I return a gift?

If you've received a Pai Skincare product as a gift, and it's not suitable for any reason, you are eligible to return this product back to us for an exchange or Pai gift card under the terms of our 90 Day Returns Policy.

To arrange your return, please complete our online returns form. Once you have completed this, details on how to send the products back to us will be emailed to you shortly after.

To help us to locate your order, please include the name of the person who purchased the gift and their email address (if you know it) in the comments section of the returns form. 

Please note, refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
