Due to the way that our system works, it's not possible to refund more than the total value of your original order.
This means that if we are refunding your entire order, we will need to refund the remaining cost of postage via a separate transaction on PayPal. You'll need to let us know your email address for this account and we will process your refund straight away.
If you don't have a PayPal account, it is really quick and easy to set one up! You can then transfer the money into your bank account with no extra fees and you don't have to use it again if you don't want to.
Alternatively, we can issue you with a credit note to use against your next order.
If you are keeping one or more items in your order, we will refund the cost of postage via your original method of payment e.g. credit/ debit card.
