Due to the way that our system works, we can only refund up to 100% of the total order.
This means that if we are refunding the entire order, then we will need to refund the outstanding balance for postage via a separate transaction using PayPal. You'll just need to let us know your email address for this account when sending us your postage receipt, and we will issue the refund straight away.
Alternatively, if you don't have a PayPal account and would prefer not to create one then we can issue you with a Pai Credit Note to use against your next order.
If we are only partially refunding the total order, then we will refund the cost of postage via your original method of payment e.g. credit/ debit card.
