If your Pai product was not purchased through us directly, we kindly ask that you return it back to the store that it was originally bought from.
Our stockists are just as friendly as us and they are usually more than happy to offer a refund or exchange as long as you have proof of purchase. However, please note they are not obliged to offer our 90 Day returns policy as they will have their own procedure in place.
If you experience any problems returning your product and you still have your proof of purchase, let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.
