Don't worry! You just need to make sure you have clicked on the yellow icon 'Go To Checkout' and a pop-up message will appear asking you to either accept the free gift or choose which free gift you would like depending on the promotion.
Please Note: If you click the 'x' in the top right-hand corner of the pop-up message this message won't show again and the free gift won't be added to your order. To get the message to show again, you will need to remove all items from your basket and start again.
If you've followed all the way through to checkout and the pop-up message didn't show then we suggest the following:
- Check that you have met the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- Try refreshing the page.
- Leave checkout and then go back in.
- Clear your browser history.
- Try using a different browser or device.
- Remove all items from your basket and start again.
If you still have no luck, please place your order as normal and then email your order number to our Customer Experience Team who will manually add the free gift for you. Just remember to mark it as 'urgent' in the subject line so we know to prioritise and can catch the order before it's shipped.
