Once your friend has referred you, you'll receive a link via email, Facebook or Twitter (depending on which option they chose). You'll need to follow the link to enter your details and an email with your voucher code will arrive in your inbox within a few minutes.
Once your friend has made their first purchase, it can take up to 24 hours to receive your own voucher code.

If you have not received your voucher code, we suggest you check the following:
- Have you checked your spam/ junk mail? Depending on how your emails have been set up, your voucher code may have automatically been sent to the wrong folder.
- Has your friend purchased from us before? If your friend is not a first-time customer they will not be eligible to receive a voucher code.
- Are you and your friend using the same device? If you and your friend are both using the same device to refer and claim your voucher code, the system may assume you're the same person. Please try again each using a different device.
- Have you already referred your friend before? If you have already referred the same friend before, it won't be possible to refer them again.
- Have you exceeded your 10 referrals? There is a limit of up to 10 people you can refer. If there are more people you would like to refer, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team. We'll review your case and we will see if there is anything we can do for you.
