WHAT DOES 'UNFULFILLED' MEAN?

If your order status is 'unfulfilled', it means that we have not yet shipped your order. 

As soon as we've sent your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and your Fulfillment Status will change to 'fulfilled'. 

To avoid confusion, 'fulfilled' does not mean that your order has been delivered. 

Please click on the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to be kept up to date with when you can expect your order to arrive.
