As long as your order has not yet been processed, we can modify the name and/or the delivery address. Please contact our Customer Experience Team and we will confirm if this will be possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order has been prepared, packed and processed.
For security reasons, we're unable to make any changes to your billing address.
However, if you have received an order confirmation email, payment has been taken and we have not been in contact then you can be sure that your order has been successful.
In some instances, our system will flag orders with an incorrect billing address as 'high risk of fraud'. If this happens, we will contact you directly and ask you to confirm your identity before dispatching your order.
