How does your airless packaging work?

Our products are preserved with naturally derived ingredients. Using airless packaging enhances preservation by preventing external contamination and reducing oxidation of our natural ingredients to increase the product’s shelf life.

Airless packaging also allows us to reduce the amount of preservatives required to preserve the product so it is more gentle and kind to our skin.

SERUMS & MOISTURISERS

We use an airless pouch that sits inside the glass bottle. As you press the pump, the pouch collapses which helps to dispense the product. It also means less wastage too!

The airless pouch is a food-grade copolymer and is widely used for the packaging of food. It is free from BPA and Phthalates and is approved by COSMOS.

How to recycle? (UK only)

1. The entire pump, cap and pouch can be separated from the glass bottle, by unscrewing the pump from the bottle once you have used all your product. It can be tough to unscrew so you may need to twist it a few times.
2. The pouch and pump cannot be recycled kerbside due to it containing mixed materials. Instead, send the components back to us and we'll recycle them for you. Further details can be found here.
3. The glass bottle can be recycled with your local council recycling kerbside.
