My discount code isn't working!

If your discount code is not working, please check the following: 

• Have you entered the correct code? Make sure you have copied and pasted the code exactly as it was given to you.
• Have you used the code before? Some codes are limited to one use per customer. If you have already used the same code on a previous order then it might not work again.
• Does your order meet the Terms & Conditions of the promotion? Some codes have a minimum spend requirement. Please check the T&Cs.
