How to Create a Free Returns Label

We offer free returns for all customers, but our returns label differs for each region. Please follow the instructions below based on your location: 
 

🇺🇸 US Customers

While we don’t yet offer prepaid return labels in the US, we’ve still got you covered! We will reimburse the cost of postage via PayPal or issue a Pai credit note.

Please complete our online returns form and select which option you would prefer. We will send you instructions on how to return your products.

🚨 Returning a product for a refund or exchange? Please complete our online returns form first and we'll email you with all the information you need. We will be unable to process your return until the form has been completed.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

Please complete our online returns form and we will send you a free returns label via email which can be printed and attached to your parcel.
