We know that shopping for sensitive skin can be tricky. That’s why we offer a 90 Day Returns Policy. You can try your Pai products for up to 90 days, and if they’re not quite right, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.

We’ll then send you an email with step-by-step instructions on what to do next.

🚚 Do You Offer Free Returns?

• UK & EU customers: Yes! We’ll send you a free returns label.
• US customers: While we don’t offer a pre-paid label yet, we’ll reimburse your return postage via PayPal or offer a Pai credit note.

📌 What are the Terms & Conditions?

• Your order must have been purchased directly from Pai within the last 90 days.
• Returning your entire order? Please include any free gifts you received.
• Once you've posted your return, please send us your tracking number or a photo of your postage receipt, and we'll process your refund or exchange straight away.
• Please keep your postage receipt until your return is processed. We’re unable to issue refunds or exchanges for items lost in transit without proof of postage.
• If you purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store directly. They’ll advise on their own returns policy.
