🚚 Do You Offer Free Returns?
- UK & EU customers: Yes! We’ll send you a free returns label.
- US customers: While we don’t offer a pre-paid label yet, we’ll reimburse your return postage via PayPal or offer a Pai credit note.
📌 What are the Terms & Conditions?
- Your order must have been purchased directly from Pai within the last 90 days.
- Returning your entire order? Please include any free gifts you received.
- Once you've posted your return, please send us your tracking number or a photo of your postage receipt, and we'll process your refund or exchange straight away.
- Please keep your postage receipt until your return is processed. We’re unable to issue refunds or exchanges for items lost in transit without proof of postage.
- If you purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store directly. They’ll advise on their own returns policy.
