While we don’t currently offer prepaid return labels in the US, we will happily reimburse your return shipping cost via PayPal or issue a Pai credit note.

💸 How to Get Your Postage Refunded
Because we can't refund more than the total value of your original order, we’ll cover your return shipping cost in a separate PayPal transaction.

👉 When completing our Online Returns Form, please be sure to include your PayPal email address so we can process the reimbursement quickly.

🧾 Don’t Use PayPal?
If you don’t have a PayPal account, or would rather not set one up, we’re happy to issue a Pai credit note, which you can use on your next order. 

🌍 UK & EU Customers
We’ll send you a free returns label - no need to cover postage costs.

The PayPal or credit note reimbursement only applies to return shipping costs. Refunds for the products in your order will still be processed via your original payment method.
