What Does 'Unfulfilled' Mean?

If your order status is showing as 'Unfulfilled', it simply means that your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Don’t worry, it’s still in our system and will be on its way soon! 

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and your order status will change to “Fulfilled”.

💡 Note: “Fulfilled” means your order has been shipped, not that it has been delivered.
