1. Check the packaging and item. Please inspect the packaging and item carefully upon delivery.
2. Take clear photos of the following:
- The damaged or faulty item
- Any damage to the brown shipper box
- The shipping label on the front of the box
3. Contact our Customer Experience Team. Please send us a message as soon as possible with your order number, photos and which products are affected. We'll escalate the issue to the carrier and send you a replacement.
